    Get prior approval if your policy requires it

    Email your CME coordinator or AP with the wording below. Attach thesample invoiceandvendor sheet.

    Please approve reimbursement of my annual Physician Forge professional membership ($590USD / 12 months).     Pay annual (one invoice, one ask)

    Annual is easier for employers than monthly. After checkout, Stripe emails a receipt; you can also download official invoice PDFs from billing.

What usually works

  • “Professional membership / dues” or “professional development” — often yes
  • Strict “CME credit hours only” buckets — usually no (we don’t issue credit)
  • Self-employed / 1099 — often deductible as ordinary business expense (ask your CPA)
