Why Physician Forge is shifting from a media brand to a builder tribe — and what I'm shipping next.

I'm rebuilding Physician Forge in the open.

The goal is simple: **unite builders like me** — physicians and high-income clinicians who ship products, companies, and leverage outside a pure W2 — and show the work as it happens.

What's live on staging now:

- A Forge-first homepage (belonging before brochure copy)
- One membership: **$39/mo or $390/yr**
- This **Building** stream for public ship notes
- First-party analytics (no Google)

Next: Stripe subscriptions wired end-to-end, then promote staging when it beats live.
